Melbourne Naturopath Newsletter

Naturopathy
Welcome to your spring newsletter!
The sun is finally out and it’s great to see so many people out on the lawn at the Treasury Gardens. So if you’ve been cooped up in your office all winter – now is the time to get out there and soak up some Vitamin D. Make sure you are out with your arms and face exposed (no sunscreen) for at least 10-15 minutes each day.
Detox Program

Spring is also the perfect time for a detox!

A natural detoxification program is one of the most effective ways to rapidly improve the state of your health. It will help clear toxins out of your body and leave you feeling healthy and energetic. But detoxification is serious business: your safety and comfort during the process are important considerations.

Our clinic is offering *a comprehensive and fully supervised detox program*.

Sign up during the month of October and *save over $150* on the cost of the program.

Our program includes:
·      4 fortnightly consultations to keep you on track

·      The supplements required to support the three stages of the detoxification process

·      2 urinary indican tests to assess your gut health before and after the program

·      a patient booklet with information, guidelines and recipes to help plan your meals

·      an allowable food list to put on your fridge

·      a weekly newsletter emailed to you, to help you on your detox journey

The whole package is valued at over $600. But for the month of October – I am offering the whole complete program for *only $450*.

So jump on board, ring up and make an appointment today! Mention to the receptionist that you’re coming in for the detox special.

I am starting my detox on Monday, 1st of October – let’s do it together!

Fertility

One more spring-specific thing

… Spring is traditionally a time for love! Perhaps with that in mind the theme of the latest conference I attended was fertility. After three days of listening to the latest fertility-related research, and without wanting to bore you with statistics, the most important thing I have to pass on is the critical importance of pre-conception care in our day and age. If you’re planning a baby, please give me a call or drop me an email to discuss ways of ensuring the optimal health of your child; and, according to recent research, that of your future grandchildren as well.

See you soon,
Stay well,
